- Written English proficiency
- Familiarity with Internet Search tools
- Ability to find and follow knowledge documentation in order to direct clients to self-help
- Ability to answer questions limited to Level 0 .5 or Level 1 type inquiries
- Ability to follow documented process for case related activities
- Chat agents will not be required to answer phone calls
- Ability to handle up to 4 simultaneous chat sessions
- Flexible to work in shift (24/7 Support)- Salary/ Package As per industry standards
- Distinguished academic background
- Any graduates preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Fresher’s / Experienced less than 2 years
- Good Technical Knowledge
