Job Description
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and attend all training sessions.
- Conduct in a professional and informative manner in all client communications
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system during the entire communication process
- Respond to or meet and exceed daily targets in a timely and accurate fashion
- Provide daily / weekly / monthly reports on the key metrics associated with the process
- Provide market intelligence to the team leader & identify process improvement areas
- Work with team leaders to identify challenges to improve overall process execution
- Suggest improvements that can be made to increase efficiency and help meet / exceed goals
- Share expertise and best practices with new recruits and co-workers
- Will prefer candidates with at least 0-1 year of calling experience in a business-to business (B2B) environment.
- Familiarity with CRM process and Selling methodology
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Native Languages)
- Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times
- Willing to work in any given shifts
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Basic computer skills including Internet, Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
