- Interact with the App users for sorting our registration issues
- Prepare report on App usage
- Analysis of Trips across various dimensions
- Communicate with End users help them to create trips
- Keep posting in Facebook, Twitter about Carpool, Greenpool
- Work with Engineering team to raise, resolve end user issues, queries, feedback
- Learn the product & participate in Product Management Discussions
- Float end user survey to study their feedback & perception
