Job Description
- Confirm delivery time for customer
- Create routing map/estimated delivery time and update order status
- Assign procurer /dispatch the order which is going to be delivered
- Make calls to the previous day customer and get feedbacks
- Update courier tracking details for the order dispacthed last day
- Check the dispatched orders is delivered and update the status
- Check all cod amount is updated on time and delivered on time
- Update packing details for every order
- Do quality check on procured stocks
- check whether dispatched order is delivered.if any delay kindly report
- Get feedback from Procurement boys and update
