Job Description
- Handling inbound US Voice call
- Handling US customer queries resolving the same
- Retaining the customers.
- Upselling a suitable product.
- Responsible for providing timely and effective resolutions to customers through the call.
Technical Knowledge :
- Having good understanding about OS/Anti Virus and L1 function
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system
- Should have basic troubleshooting and problem determination skills
- Exposure to IT Infrastructure Monitoring tool and ticketing tool
