Job Description

Vacancy for Banking Customer Support (Voice Process) 
Process: Banking customer support voice process
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about banking product
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
  • Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization. 
Job requirement: 
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure
Eligibility: Any Graduation without Backlogs. (Minimum requires 15 year of education)
Required Experience: 00 - 03 year only.
Salary: 1.5 to 2.6 Lakhs + Incentive (Fresher up to 1.75 and experience in voice process up to 2.6 LPA)
Age Limit: Below 27. Above 27 not eligible to attend this drive.
Shift: General shift for Female Candidate and Rotational for Male Candidate.
