About the role:
The role is focused towards generating revenue for the company by marketing / selling the concept and products to right target customers. It also involves coordinating with internal team members from Product management, Customer care and Logistics team.
Person who is jovial, mature, results-oriented and cares deeply for our customers will be able to succeed in this role.
Both Male/Female Candidates are welcome.
Expected Skills:
- Should have 6 to 24 months of experience in Tele-calling, Out Bound calling
- Freshers also can apply
- Good communication skill in English, knowledge on Hindi language is welcome
- Should have Good Convincing ability
- Should be able to work with Team
- Good Knowledge of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls from the database leads provided by the company
- Handling inbound customer call enquiries , provide right products suggestions and guide them to place order online in company’s website
- Understand customer's requirements and act as a Consultant for their ‘Fashion needs’
- Clearly explain to the customers - on promo offers and savings / benefits
- Achieving targets on # of outbound calls, generate Leads and prospects, close orders on daily basis
- Adhering to quality process standards as set by the company
