Job Description
We are having urgent Opening in Technical Support sale profile.
- Candidate with proficiency in the English Language as it is an international voice process.
- Excellent communication skill is a must.
- Understand the customer's query and provide accurate resolution.
- Knowledge of basic core load troubleshooting (Outlook, Internet, Wireless, Remote Access).
- Technical understanding of MS Operating Systems (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8)
- Sound knowledge in Networking For Ex ? Window, Printer, Laptop, Desk Top, Router, IP, MAC add would be preferred etc
- Experienced candidates would be preferred
- Candidate age should be b/w 18 - 30 Yrs
- Confident and self-motivated attitude
