Job Description
- Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills in order to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations
- Understand the products and solution provided by the company well
- Should Resolve customer’s issues via email
- Should be able to communicate with a customer over Email and resolve product related issues.
- Create new knowledge base articles to capture new learnings for reuse throughout the organization. Prepare documents and videos about the same.
- Escalate issues in a timely manner with the development team.
- Testing background is a plus.
