Primary Responsibility 
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills in order to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations
  • Understand the products and solution provided by the company well
  • Should Resolve customerÂ’s issues via email
  • Should be able to communicate with a customer over Email and resolve product related issues.
  • Create new knowledge base articles to capture new learnings for reuse throughout the organization. Prepare documents and videos about the same.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner with the development team.
  • Testing background is a plus.
