Job Description
Customer Service Executive (Day Shifts - 10 am to 6:30 pm).
- Handling customer queries.
- Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to US customers.
- Provide customer and technical support to customers through Email and Chat requests.
- Fully responsible to delight prospective customer with satisfactory service.
- Improve the quality of the customer interaction on a daily basis.
- Independently identify, troubleshoot, document, categorize and replicate customer problems and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures.
- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
- Good communication and written skill.
