Job Description
We are looking for 2 client support administrators (1 Mid/Junior & 1 Senior) with excellent customer service skills to work in our friendly customer focused support team.
The roles involve the following:
- Provide 2nd
& 3rd line hardware & software support to external clients
- Investigate
faulty Hawk hardware
- Investigation,
diagnostics & resolving clients’ support issues
- Monthly
reports from the support site to analyze, identify & report to management
on trends
- Carry
out Comark dpc program changes for JLP/Waitrose
- New
clients’ system setup
- Audit
template set up
- Liaison with development team
Educational background: IT graduate
Languages: The resources should speak an excellent English. A British accent will be considered a plus
