We are looking for 2 client support administrators (1 Mid/Junior & 1 Senior) with excellent customer service skills to work in our friendly customer focused support team.

The roles involve the following:

  • Provide 2nd & 3rd line hardware & software support to external clients
  • Investigate faulty Hawk hardware
  • Investigation, diagnostics & resolving clients’ support issues
  • Monthly reports from the support site to analyze, identify & report to management on trends
  • Carry out Comark dpc program changes for JLP/Waitrose
  • New clients’ system setup
  • Audit template set up
  • Liaison with development team

Educational background:   IT graduate

Languages: The resources should speak an excellent English. A British accent will be considered a plus
