  • Develop and deliver simple to complex IVR solutions.
  • Be part of the techno-functional team to provide the solution of problems.
  • Must have knowledge about telecom functionality.
  • Provide IVR problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/email/chat.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users.
  • Take action on work orders and assign escalation incidents to appropriate teams and follow up until closure.


  • Excellent/Good communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written).
  • Good documentation skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE
  • Should have a great customer handling skills
  • Able to handle unforeseen situations
  • High level of acceptance
  • Calm approach when under pressure.
