Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver simple to complex IVR solutions.
- Be part of the techno-functional team to provide the solution of problems.
- Must have knowledge about telecom functionality.
- Provide IVR problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/email/chat.
- Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users.
- Take action on work orders and assign escalation incidents to appropriate teams and follow up until closure.
Skill
- Excellent/Good communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written).
- Good documentation skills
- Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE
- Should have a great customer handling skills
- Able to handle unforeseen situations
- High level of acceptance
- Calm approach when under pressure.
- Strong customer focus
