Job Description
- You will be responsible for receiving and responding to customer enquiries via call/chat/email/social media
- You will track and report relevant metrics and feedback as per Tripshelf standards
- Compensation - INR 15000-18000 per month

- You should be sincere, diligent and hardworking. Interest & knowledge of travel is a plus
- Good written & spoken communication skills (English). Pleasant voice is a plus
- Comfortable with MS Office
