1. Interact with US based customer by inbound call.
2. Understand the problem of the customer which is using Windows,Mac,Emails.
3. Troubleshoot with system and find out the root causes of the problem.
4. Fix the problem by installing or removing some software.
5. Customer Satisfaction & Follow up.
6. All brands Printer Support (Lexmark, Brother, Epson, Canon and HP)
7. Able to diagnose Printer, Laptop, Desktop and Software issues instantly
Eligibility - Must have at-least 6 months of Experience in Technical Sales
Salary- Best in industry + Incentives+ Cab + Meal
