Opening for Technical Sales Associate (Inbound)

Candidates should have excellent communication skills.
Minimum 06 Month- 5 years of Technical Sales/ quota-carrying experience.
Able to take the calls regarding emails, games, printer, router,Printer, popup, laptop, WiFi, and solve the query of US clients.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers & focus on selling of Annual/ Per incident plan.
Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries and meeting conversion/revenue targets. Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.
Should have strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT/ Technology.
Willing to work in US timings.
