Job Description
Position: Proctoring and Tech Support
Shift timings: 12 noon to 9 pm
Shift timings: 12 noon to 9 pm
Critical accountability
Understand and comply with all testing procedures.
Responsible for system check of the customer before the start of examination.
Check in the customer, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
Monitor examinee, assist, fix technical issues and solve queries during the exam.
Maintain a secure testing environment.
Strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment.
Handle other tech support queries and requests when required
Desired profile
Strong communication skills are a must.
Must be ready to work in flexible shifts
