Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answer all inbound calls.
- Make outbound calls.
- Answer emails/SMS.
- Provide chat support.
- Assist with concierge services.
- Give accurate and Right Account information.
- To maintain High-Quality customer interaction.
- Maintain Highest Degree of Customer Satisfaction Level.
Attributes:
- Excellent English, Telugu, and Hindi spoken ability.
- 0-1 year experience in customer service.
- Excellent English, Telugu and Hindi writing ability.
- To be successful in this role, the candidate will require a satisfactory level of computer literacy and must be satisfactorily fast typing skills.
- Must display high level of professionalism.
- Excellent soft skills capability with exceptional rapport building capability.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
Age group: 18 years onwards,
Qualification: Graduation.
Salary: 8,000-13,000 p/m after training period,
5,500 p/m for 1 month which will be the training period,
