  • Make outbound calls.

  • Provide chat support.
  • Assist with concierge services.

  • To maintain High-Quality customer interaction.
  • Maintain Highest Degree of Customer Satisfaction Level.


  • Excellent English, Telugu, and Hindi spoken ability.
  • 0-1 year experience in customer service.
  • Excellent English, Telugu and Hindi writing ability.
  • To be successful in this role, the candidate will require a satisfactory level of computer literacy and must be satisfactorily fast typing skills.
  • Must display high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent soft skills capability with exceptional rapport building capability.
  • Willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
Experience: 0-1 year,
Age group: 18 years onwards,
Qualification: Graduation.

Salary: 8,000-13,000 p/m after training period,

             5,500 p/m for 1 month which will be the training period,
