Handling Inbound and Outbound customer calls (International Voice Process).
a) Inbound: Answering the calls and solving their queries.
b) Outbound: Call the customers for business promotion and advertisements in generating more sales and revenue.

Qualification: Min.Intermediate/Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate (Fresher/Experienced)

2. Should have Excellent command over English speaking.
3. Should be Confident while communicating.
4. Looking for candidates who has the ability to understand and respond to the customer's query spontaneously.
