Job Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Client Onboarding, Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction. 
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our product. 
  • Develop and nurture customers for advocacy.
  • Work with clients aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.

Of the plethora of HR products available in the Indian market, we haven't seen one that cared for employee experience and they all carried year's old legacy of antique computer clunkiness. We resorted to building one ourselves and if the early customer feedback is any indicator, we seem to have done our job well!

While we aspire to build the awesome ever HR and Payroll platform for India, we aren't a HR or Payroll domain services firm. We believe that's a positive change we bring to the market. Our understanding of the problems in this domain as one of its users, backed with our technology expertise makes us the killer team!
