Job Description:
- Coordinating between the customer & Collection team for the renewal collections.
- Establish contact ability with pre - selected group of customers
- Maintain high level of persistence and enhance customer retention through active relationship management
- Follow-up with customers regarding revivals of lapsed policies on a day to day basis based on the premium intervals of the customers
- Need to send the daily report on a daily basis and update activity management.
