In the role of customer support executive, the candidate will support our valued customers in successful rollout and implementation of our flagship product based solution in India.

Responsibilities:

As a customer support executive, you will:

  • Thoroughly learn and understand our flagship product based solution
  • Become expert in installation and configuration of our product at customer location
  • Demonstrate the solution capability and features to our customers
  • Train our customers in using our products in their day to day activities
  • Follow up with our customers on regular basis to understand their issues and help them resolve the issues
  • Create accurate status reports on a weekly basis and send it to the management
  • Internally coordinate with technical development team to resolve the technical issues faced by our customers
  • Regularly take backup of customer data and upgrade the new releases

Requirements:

To play the role of customer support executive, you should:

  • Be a graduate in science (BCA or BSc in IT is preferred)
  • Have good knowledge of computer usage
  • Have hands-on experience with MS Office products
  • Know how to use a tablet device running Android OS
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be proficient in English, Hindi and local language
  • Hold a driver?s license and drive a two wheeler
  • Be willing to travel at short notices to customer locations across India (Reimbursements provided)
