Customer Care Executive
Job Description
Should have great
interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
Responsible for initiating calls to potential
clients using a prepared selling script
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is
expected
Provide customers with service information
Work productively whilst maintaining exceptional
call/data quality standards in line with targets
Contribute to the team through open and regular
communication with peers / supervisors.
Perform other duties commensurate with the post
