Job Description
- Process: Genuine Technical support (Voice Process)
Designation: Customer Care executive /Sr CCE
- Job Role: Only call & Interact with the International customers.
- Candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls.
- Paid Training would be provided.
- Fresher/ experienced both can apply.
- Qualification: Graduate / 10+2
- Required knowledge: Candidate should have a positive attitude Fluent in English
- Good conversational and customer service skill.
- Should have good Interpersonal skills
- Monthly pay of Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 12,000 for Fresher.
- For experienced salary no bar.
- Only 8 Hour working shift.
- Good Incentives (Spot Incentives / Weekly Incentives / Monthly Incentives).
- Increment in every 3 to 4 months.
- Employee Referral Bonus.
- Fixed Shift + Fixed Off.
- Fooding & Beverages are provided by the Company.
