Job Description
- Should Attracts customers by answering product and service questions;
- Should convince and counsel customer
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
- Should have good Communication Skills
- Determining the cause of the problem;
After completing probationary period of 6months there will be an Increment.
When he/she completes one year successfully there will be a promotion with increment.
PF, ESI and Insurance will be applicable for those who successfully completes one year.
