We are looking for a dynamic candidate to help with operations and engage with various stakeholders registered on ProjectHeena over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with NGOs currently registered on the ProjectHeena platform via calls and email
  • Identify right contact in the prospect organization by doing research on their website, Linked in and other relevant platforms
  • Calling unregistered NGOs, explaining them benefits of the ProjectHeena platform and help them register on the platform
  • Share initial information to prospect partners through email or other communication platforms
  • Solving stakeholders queries
  • Maintaining call logs
  • Setting up meetings for demonstrations

Skills Required

  • Good communications skills (Should be fluent in English and Hindi)
  • Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Experience in Social Media will be preferred (though not compulsory)
