Customer Care Executive

Summary:
Being part of a highly committed and sporting Customer Care team, you’ll be creating raving fans out of fantasy Sports gamers on Dream11 with your focus towards providing exceptional Customer Service.
What you’ll help us with:
- You’ll be communicating with Dream11’s Fantasy Sports gamers via emails, Live Chats and Calls
- Responsible for ensuring minimum turnaround times for resolving queries and back end operations
- Being proactive towards receiving feedback from users and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Assisting Customer Care Head / Manager in creating and maintaining various reports and analysis
Only if you already have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably a regional language too
- Good typing speed. Working knowledge of Excel
- Willingness to go above and beyond the required working hours and on weekends during peak seasons
It’s a bonus if you:
- Can speak one or more regional languages apart from English
- You should be a Cricket
and / or Football Fan with understanding of the sport
