Role:
- Responsible for receiving, considering & responding to all customer inquiries/query through email / call and personal visits
- Tracking & reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics
- Taking required actions on customer feedback.
Requirement:
- Well spoken with excellent communication skills
- Good in using Microsoft Package
- The candidate should be excited enough to work in a startup environment.
- This is an in-house job

- Minimum of 0.6yrs- 2 yrs experience required
