Desktop Support Engineer
Job Description
Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Experience required: 6 months to 3 years
Qualifications required: Any Graduate (10+3 or 10+2+3mandatory)
The skill required: Excellent Communication skill with strong technical knowledge.
Job Location: Andheri to Goregaon
Criteria :
- Candidate should be comfortable for 24*7 shifts. No transportation facility would be available
- Candidate should have good communication skills
- Candidate should be a graduate i.e-10+2 or 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 from an affiliated university
- Candidate should have all educational mark sheets and certificates as also the set of documents for the companies worked, e.g. Offer letter, salary slip, Experience letter
- Good Communication Skills is a must
- Should be open to work in 24*7 shift environment
- Minimum 1yr experience in Desktop support with good experience on Windows/Outlook/Lotus notes
- Should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration
- Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on Operating Systems
- Candidates should have hands on experience or knowledge on Ticketing tools
- Configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK/ Lotus Notes- ability to solve the technical problems remotely
- Knowledge of Software Installation / Upgrade / Rollouts
- Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems
