Job Description
Location: CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai)
Process: US process (Inbound- Customer service)
Solving customers problems who are based in USA , we have to work as an agent and record their complaints and then pass the same to the vendors who are also situated in USA , they will then go and solve their problem. Basically we have to be the Customer Support Representative.
It’s a facility management process / customer service.
Shift Timings : 4:30pm to 12:30am (Drop will be provided) / 12:30am to 8:30am (Pick will be provided)
(8 hours shift / 7 hours working – 1 hour break)
Boundary Limit : Panvel to thane / Panvel to Chembur
Salary: 10k to 25k
Requirements:
- An excellent communication skill is must.
- HSC / GRADUATE Fresher are allowed.
