  • Hardware solution to Desktop, Printer Laptop and LAN issue
  • Need to check patches and updates of our client’s computers and laptops.
  • High troubleshooting ability and diagnose the critical issues.
  • All kind of OS installation -reinstallation-upgradation with software.
  • configuration printer -Local and Network
  • Internet Issue.
  • Windows Server Installation and configuration

Requirements

  • Engineer should have minimum 01 yr. experience.
  • Good Knowledge of XP/Vista/Win7/Win8 with H/W Installation and troubleshooting and configuration of outlook
  • Good knowledge of Antivirus (Symantec, Kaspersky, Macafee, eScan, AVG etc...)
  • Good Knowledge of Wifi configuration.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good customer interaction skills.
