Job Description:
- Configuring networking and maintaining and troubleshooting network issues.
- Installation and Configuration of Application Software like MS-Outlook and MS-Office.
- Installation and Updates of AntiVirus.
- Installation and Configuration of Support Hardware's
- Basic Trouble Shooting of laptops and desktops/Printer
- Should have Knowledge of Internal Components of Laptop and Desktop/Printer
Technical Skills :
- Basic Laptop and Desktop Troubleshooting
- Installing OS/Software’s
- Should have knowledge of different OS.
- Highly skilled in providing effective technical support in hardware and software issues including diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of performing hardware and software support for Windows and Mac products.
- Proven record of performing hardware repairs on customer equipment such as servers, desktops, notebooks, tablets, and printers.
- Able to give accurate service to end users.
- Demonstrated ability performing software upgrades and configuration enhancements.
- Thorough understanding of providing preventative maintenance on hardware.
- Able to ensure that all requests from user are logged and right procedures are followed
