Job Description
We wish to have a customer care agent who can interact with customers. We get about 30-40 calls a day and about 10 live chat requests. This data has to be uploaded on an excel sheet. All training will be given.
- To talk to customers over the phone.
- To chat with customers over live chat/ whatsapp/ facebook chat.
- To make a database of all customers interacted with.
- Data analysis of data.
- additional work in absence/ assistance in other jobs.
- Talking to customers in English/ Hindi/ any additional language welcome (will be rewarded)
- Checking data in back end and adding notes if interacted for future use
- Excel basic skills
- 9 AM to 5 PM - Mon to Sat, office in Pune, Gangadham
- Home office for first few months - will shift out to professional office soon
- Light happy working environment
