We are hiring for Customer Support Executive for Tech support and outbound Sales Process.
Candidates should have minimum 6 months of Experience into International BPO: Outbound Sales, Lead Generations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English (Written / Verbal).
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible For Voice Support & Sales. (USA)
  • Process: Tech Support (OUTBOUND – SALES US)
  • Have handled outbound and Sales Call for minimum 6 months to 1 year
  • Responsible For Voice Support & Sales. (USA)
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Education: School & Graduation - Any Graduate.
Verbal and Written Skills:
  • Strong sales skills required
  • Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation
  • Good spoken as well as written Grammar
Behavioral Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills: empathy, listening, enthusiastic, patience, reasoning and problem
Solving skills
  • Willing to learn and flexible to changes
  • Aptitude and ability to grasp
