Job Description
- Troubleshooting and Diagnosing of hardware and software issues in Laptop, desktop, server, storage and network at clients place.
- Replace Spares and components if required.
- Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.
- Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
- Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with , co-workers and clients.
- Extend computer support for systems’ software and hardware.
- Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
- Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
- Send communications to end-users and schedule their upgrades.
- Coordinate upgrades with end-users and onsite technicians for scheduled upgrade activities.
- Provide weekly reports/monthly of hours worked, upgrades performed.
- Review with leads any issues encountered that require addressing.
