Primary role includes:
- Should take care of incoming & outgoing calls, emails and chat.
- Simultaneous note making note-making ensure proper handling & resolution of all queries.
- Perform multifaceted general office support
Desired skill set:
- Professional telephone etiquette & proper communication skills/
- Decent typing skills
- Should be fluent in speaking English & knowledge of Hindi & Telugu are preferred.
