Job Description
Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Customer Services Team Leader for its Ultrasound and X- ray product portfolio in South and South Central regions.

Internal Title: Service Operations Team Leader
Location : Chennai/Bengaluru Job Responsibilities: Maintains highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability within the framework of Siemens Healthcare Customer Services organization Implementing the service budgets by including the installed base development, the contractual/non-contractual work and service sales programs to meet the defined target agreements Ensure highest technical, operational and financial performance in installation projects, equipment services and maintenance, upgrades and updates of medical equipment Cooperation with the Service Operation functions and follow the required Service Support Processes SERVOR (Registration, clarification, dispatch, spare part logistic, service confirmation) Train and develop team members and execute required workforce plans as per the installed base development and budget Ensure extensive sales support to the local sales organization / modality managers; coordinate customer pricing for maintenance contract and other service sales offers; ensure technical collaboration and knowledge transfer during sales offers and projects Responsible to drive the performance of Service Partners and drive implementation of Siemens Service processes into the partner organization Facilitate proper leadership and management of the team of Field Service Engineers and Field Application Specialists within Partner Organizations. Be a Service Management Consultant to the Partners, provide guidance for the selection/recruitment/coaching of key people Establish full service transparency (Installed Base, Service KPIs, Notifications, PMs, etc) for each of the appointed Service Partners, with help of Partner Management team
Qualification and Experience
