Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work as our Product Champ by providing solutions to different problems of clients by taking the help of different internal tools and stakeholders
2. Work one-on-one with customers and help them in getting the most out of Exotel
3. Ensure that all the related notes and call comments are properly documented and suitable information is provided to clients
4. Maintain our knowledge base, site. write, edit and help create content whenever necessary
5. Work in rotational shifts (work from home during nights and over weekends)
6. Engage in Customer experience projects across the organization
