Job Responsibilities: -
1. Responsible for scrubbing reservations entered into reservation system by US center team.
2. Scrub reservations booked via emails or calls.
3. Good knowledge of computers, MS Office(excel)
4. Delegating/Assigning emails to team members to improve response rate
Key Skills
Minimum of 6 months of relevant call center experience.
Computer literate, including CRM, word, excel and other MS Office Products;
Possessing attention to details
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
Good verbal and writing English skills
