Job Description
- We are a global SAAS company looking to expand rapidly in over 90+ countries globally.
- We are based out of three locations and we build cloud based edtech services connecting thousands of educational institutions, educators, students, parents globally helping them manage educational journeys better.
- We have reached our target of growing to 20 + countries in less than two years.
- We have done this because of our laser sharp customer focus, dedicated and smart team that create world class products.
- We are now vastly expanding our marketing efforts to reach more customers.
- You will be solely responsible for reaching out to the customers and convincing them to be a part of the next global revolution. That means we need you to be able to
- Be savvy in talk and direct email for all inbound and outbound leads
- Figure out the best options available to the customer and articulate them properly
- You must be go-getter, hard working and a creative problem solver
- Be a techie to figure out how to use any tool and be smart on social media
- You will iterate constantly and ensure the funnel leads are relevant
- Expect to be accountable and rewards are based proportionately
- After onboarding the customer, you will be be ultimately responsible for the customer success
