About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensure that our paid customers are successful with achieving their business goals with QuickSell app
2. Work on customer onboarding & engagement
3. Help customers get onboarded onto our platform and ensure that their initial support queries are met (this involves gaining a deep understanding of the customers' needs and proposing a solution to their problems keeping QuickSell as a focus)
4. Work on retention and success - make sure that customers are actively using our platform on an ongoing basis and proactively take action to re-engage with customers in a timely fashion
