Job Description
1. Reach out regularly to clients to update them on the new features
2. Collect feedback from clients to generate qualitative data
3. Manage client onboarding and activation
4. Understand any issues raised by clients and close the loop with the tech team and ensure timely delivery of the solution
5. Update and maintain the knowledge base
6. Reach new prospects and converting them into active users
7. Generate ideas to maintain the social media presence of the product
8. Understand the commonly faced issues and pain points of the user and communicate those with the product team
