About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Empathize with the customer and partner closely with cross-functional teams to onboard the customer with ease
2. Put customers' needs first and coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient
3. Maintain touch points with the customer to make him feel at home and guide him to the next stage of the customer journey
4. Continually identify and develop new use cases of SmartTask that drive growth, aligning with the customer's goal
5. Proactively spot and correct issues that may affect customer satisfaction or retention
6. Stay responsible for upsells and renewals
7. Increase revenue per customer
8. Help drive customer references and case studies, produce reports and presentations to share insights with the marketing/sales team
