Job Description
About the internship
Duties for customer success Intern will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and preparing monthly customer Insights reports. You should also be able to improve customer experience through product support and handle customer complaints and requests.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
2. Hold product demonstrations for customers
3. Improve customer onboarding processes
4. Mediate between clients and the organization
5. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaint
6. Provide monthly customer insights report
