Job Description
- Provide L1/L2 support for all the client requests through calls, messages and emails.
- Follow up on calls to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Help in analyzing the customer inquiries, service requests, complaints and identify the trends.
- Computer and mobile savvy with moderate knowledge of MS Office tools and basic database skills.
- Awesome communication skills (Written and Verbal), local language knowledge is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness and eagerness to work in a startup environment.
- Comfortable to take calls.
- Willing to Travel and relocate if required.
