Job Description
Customer Relationship, Customer Retention, Customer Care & Customer Support Associates.
Testing all products, Windows troubleshooting,System desktops, portables, peripherals and software and hardware support.
The candidate should possess and demonstrate the following: Should have at least 1-2 years of Relationship experience in Telecom/ISP/Banking sector with Corporate/Enterprise Segment customers.
Has good understanding of Telecom technologies/Networking (minimum 1- 2 years)
Designing & implementing network typologies, Configuring network routers,Troubleshooting network related issues, Provide thorough support and problem Resolution for customer.
