• Primary role is to provide support to customer calls
• Should take care of the online orders placed through Jetpat.
• Onboarding new customers and manage day to day relationships
• Operate as lead point of contact for customers 
• Understand customer needs and requirements. Present them with solution 
• Perform effective online demos to customers and prospects 
• Strong written and spoken skills in English. Speaking in Hindi is a plus 
• Documenting of help, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps 
• Contributing to product roadmap based on customer inputs and providing feedback to product team on new features rolled out 
• Educate Jetpat customers about new features and their benefits 
• Conducting customer feedback calls and reviews

Qualification

• Any Degree. MBA in Marketing / Sales 1 year Experience in Customer Sales Support are preferred. Fresher’s with 'Go-Getter' attitude can also apply.
• Knowledge of internet marketing (WhatsApp marketing, blogs, SEO, social media marketing etc) is a big plus
