Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Ensure customer queries are understood and corrective action is taken to resolve queries
- Ensure that all the customer support systems are up to date.
- Perform root cause analysis and suggest preventive measures.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer handling
- Excellent written and Communication skills
- Strong process orientation
- Strong customer focus
- Willing to work 6 days per week
- 15 Days Rotational shifts (US/UK Shift)
- Location: Whitefield
