- We are looking for a reliable Customer Support Associate who will be responsible for handling calls for transportation requests.
- She/He will have to manage the entire cycle from request to fulfillment and completion of the ride.
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls from customers for transportation requests.
- Confirm request, identify and coordinate with service providers.
- Follow up until completion of ride. Ensure customer is always informed.
- Diligently follow up for callback requests and scheduled rides.
- Adhere to and complete all steps and processes defined for call handling.
- Calm demeanour, confident and clear communication
- Ability to multi-task while on call and make quick decisions.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Flexibility for working in shifts.
