Job Description
- Interacting & handling customers, receiving, coordinating and willingness in customer service, Serving customers at ticketing, Ushering and F&B
- Ensure
that each customer / patron receives outstanding service by providing a
friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer,
maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
- Effective
patron handling which will involve:

queries regarding film content, rating, show times, food, gaming.
- Facility
related queries and ensure best customer service
- To ensure that patron
safety and security is maintained at all times in accordance with the safety
and security procedures
