Designation - CSA
Process- Email & chat(70%Email& chat +30% calls)
Education – Graduate Mandatory with Excellent Communication Skills in English
Fresher’s or 1 Year premium BPO experience is mandatory
Language - English, Hindi & Marathi
Shift – 8 Am to 9 Pm Rotational
A week off – 1 Off Rotational
